wiped out my tank and then they have avoided us like the plague. We have spent a lot of money in their shop and I cannot believe the treatment we have received from them. Being blamed when their fish died the same evening of bringing it home and then wiped out 17 fish within one week, blaming it on our tank! customer service has been shocking.
Had a really bad experience ordering online.Purchased a tmc reef tile and after charging RandC for roughly 3weeks for it to get delivered I was really disappointed with product quality.Month and a bit later most of the LEDS have faIled and try to return the product.After a while they try to return the product back to me despite specially stating I was only interested in a refund,fair enough they agreed to a refund after a bit of pressuring.3 Weeks of chasing for a refund I finally recieve it today really disappointed as had only heard good things about this place
An absolutely amazing shop with passionate staff and a brilliant range of marine livestock. There were some really rare fish on offer. The tanks are well-maintained. There's even a marine fish hatchery. Plenty of products too.
