Appointment at 4pm didn't get seen to until 5pm why book an appointment , okay short staffed but why book me in if couldn't accommodate (I was there for 2 and a half hours) most of that hanging out

Fabulous nails for my wedding. The place is clean and tidy. Lots of choice for nail styles and colours. Staff seemed rushed and stressed but were friendly enough.Prices were around average and the nails came with a 2 week guarantee although lasted much longer. We didn't have to wait long despite the place being quite busy as there was so much staff on. I would recommend this place and would visit again
Very happy with the service. But expect a wait as they are so good it makes it very busy. I still had to wait even though I had an appointment ( it was worth it though )
