Excellent customer service. Dan arranged a lift for me after hours to get me to the garage to collect my car after dropping the rental car off.
BEWARE of this office. Their behaviour is DISHONEST. Just like previous comments, they charge you 1.000 pounds for damage that doesn't exist. The girl gave us the car full of scratches, but said it was ok because of this and that, and then they want to charge me for it. Absolutely ridiculous and abusive. My advice would be to stay as far away from this sort of scum or otherwise do not accept any car unless it is spotless, or they will make you pay.I claimed through its customer service, and within a week they told me that they would refund the excess that was charged. So if it happens to you, do complain and you will probably get it back. They actually found out that the damage had already been charged to previous customers!
Excellent communication throughout booking. Staff were extremely helpful and nice, returning the car was effortless and hassle free
They were fantastic. They picked me up from my house in the car that I would be taking, they were all super friendly (one even asked me if I wanted a coffee when he went for a coffee run). The whole process was quick, and easily understandable with the T&C's of the car. Thank you Enterprise :)I will look to hire with Enterprise in any future needs of a rental! :D
