Do NOT use this practice. Couldnt attend our SECOND ever appointment there due to being genuinely poorly and couldnt leave my toilet for more than half an hour to be told by a stuck up, rude receptionist that we were struck off the register. A whole family of 5!! Pathetic excuse for a practice.
Same as above. No idea i was struck off their register. Private patient not NHS. Called in a real emergency. Receptionist could not have been more dismissive and rude. Do not use this appalling dentist.
Absolutely terrible! Cowboys and thats a compliment. No clue what theyre doing. Tried to book an emergency appointment and the RUDE receptionist said that because i didnt attend my last appointment (that i didnt know i had) i had been taken off the system. I had visted several times for root canal treatment and on my last visit, another visit WASNT scheduled. If it was, i would have known as im very strict about this stuff. So i obviously wasnt told. Pathetic excuse for a surgery.
