Great open grassy space. On a clear day you can see over to Watchet, Minehead, Flatholm and Steepholm. From there you can walk through the woods on a coastal path to Porthceri park and the pebble beach. Lovely cool breeze on a hot day.

I love it here, but the local council are proposing to ban dogs which will be a real shame.No more days out with the family and dogs.
This is a large open Park which belongs to the people of Barry by bequest. Technically it didn't close but very late evenings attract certain elements which are not family friendly.
