lovely staff, very helpful. nice clean animal areas. well stocked. animals look well cared flr and staff and very knowledgable about the animals and their up keeps. well priced items.
Well stocked but a bit pricey on somethings
I have been so disappointed with this grooming place. Firstly there groomer was off sick ok this happens got a phone call to rearrange so we happily rearranged, then turned up this morning as arranged to be told we have cancelled your appointment as you havnt paid a deposit, we were not asked for a deposit nor were we informed that one needed to be paid, nor did they phone use to advise us this needs to be done just cancelled our appointment and cannot fit our dog in. This is not on we have been using this grooming service since it first opened, but now i will never go back after this kind of service not even a sorry. Terrible service.
You would expect professional groomers to both know how certain breeds are presented in the show ring, and listen to the requests of customers placing their show dogs into their hands for grooming.After stipulating no trimming or shaving I was devastated to find that my Chinese Crested powder puff had been clipped after I entrusted them with him for a groom whilst on holiday. I am now unable to show him until his coat has fully re grown which could take up to a year!
