Ben Smalley took over as branch manager a couple of months ago mid way through the transaction very happy with the way he sped up the process! Would recommend specifically the branch manager. Beth was also helpful. Not overly impressed with other colleagues unfortunately. Messages not passed on, promises not kept etc.
