The Vale Hotel is a warm, friendly place to stay, it has the advantage of close proximity to Cardiff airport and is equally convenient for all the local areas of interest. The rooms and public areas are very clean and well appointed, the beds are large and very comfortable, the room price is very reasonable. All these facts are why I am a regular customer and hope to remain so in the future.
We were made very welcome wonderful home cooked food has a bar and very nice lounge. Very helpful friendly and homely. Is spotlessly clean lovely large comfortable beds. Will definitely recommend and will return. Thank you.

What a refreshing change to stay somewhere where the owners care how you are and nothing is too much trouble. The owners were fantastic and great with the kids and even took us to the bus station to make sure we got to Cardiff in time. Food was delicious the site was clean and tidy. Definitely coming back here again if I come back to Cardiff Well done guys keep up the good work!
