I see by your quick response that you do care about your reviews. When I spoke to you on the phone you could not care less that was an item missing. I take on board your terms and conditions but as a customer my terms are that I like to receive items that I have paid good money for (81). If you had dealt with this properly on the phone then you would have had a happy repeat customer. Very short sighted on your behalf.
Ordered 2 membrains but only 1 turned up. I opened the box to find this out after 14days. They will not send me the missing one. I consider myself as a good customer to WCW over the years. In theory they have Stolen 81.60 from me.
