I've just phoned Lily Florist to ask if they could deliver a bouquet of flowers to a friend whose birthday it is today. They were so incredibly helpful! I'd left it very late in the day to order (3.45pm!) but that was no problem to them, and they are getting the flowers to my friend for just after 5pm. Thank you, Lily Florist.
