My wife was very happy (as always) with the flowers from Hilary West. The bouquet included some more unusual flowers which made it stand out from the more run-of-the-mill bouquets that can be purchased elsewhere.
Spent 45 for flowers to be delivered, the flowers took days to be delivered, as I phoned to check the progress of the delivery they were very rude, didn't want to help and even hung up on me. So I had to speak to the people delivering the flowers myself.
Amazing service and beautiful bouquets. Have been using them for years and have never been let down. Always phoned on the day and they've been delivered by the afternoon.
Flowers delivered on the wrong day and when we telephoned to ask why we were told by the person on the other end that she didn't take the order and to return them if we wanted a refund. No explanation or apology offered. Will not be recommending or using again
