Ive heard that so,e of the staff or individuals are unhelpful, and I can confirm this is indeed the case. The lady put the phone down on me and when I rang back and tried to joke about being hung up on, she was quite indignant and said she was serving a customer! Briscombes down the road must be thrilled she is working here....thats who will have my business.

Massively disappointing. Suit jackets went in worn but not dirty and came back completely saturated in cigarette smoke. Unfortunately theyre now completely unwearable, until they are cleaned by a company that doesnt chain-smoke in the work place. One to avoid, until the owners realise this is a dry cleaners and not a 1920s speakeasy bar.
