Terrific service. Nice talkative staff, and great price. I did not get pee on my quilt because my cat is house trained.
Took my king size quilt to be washed because my cat had weed on it . Was brand new quilt only had it a few months . Got it back smelt vile put up with it for a few weeks decided to take it back for another wash I said nothing to the bloke who runs it.3 days later I I picked it up got it home still smelt of chemicals and was still wet been in the bag like that for two days in the shop so a friend of mine took it back and they said they would wash it again so again I picked it up got back home o my god wat a mess it was badly burnt and stank went back the shop he said that he put chemicals on it to get rid of the mildew not caused by me and bare face lied to my face when nearly whole of my quilt is brown and burnt from the dryer which has burnt my quilt if he just owed up to it and offers compansation no problem.it was expensive duck down quilt so I am chessed of with it and he evan said it's old anyway you can see its not two months old can't belive the cheek of this man shocking !!!!
