Geraldine was my solicitor on my first flat purchase. The sellers were out of the country and it was an incredibly stressful purchase which took 6 months. I can honestly say it would have all fallen apart without Geraldine. She was fantastic, always available to answer my questions and chase everything up for me (which must have been as frustrating for her as it was for me). She updated me every week with what was happening and we managed to get all my searches and paperwork done within a couple of weeks. I cannot recommend Geraldine enough, next time I move she is the only solicitor I want.
