Poor service! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!! They were acting on my mother's behalf getting her name removed from the mortgage following a divorce and they were very unhelpful, we were pushed from pillar to post and had 4 different people looking after this case and we could never get in contact with any of them, we would request a call back and would never get one back! Poor customer service!! Disgusted with the service provided!! A formal complaint will be made!!
If there was an option to give no stars then I would. The service we are receiving is very poor and the way they conduct a conveyancing matter is astonishing. I would NOT be recommending them especially their solicitor Laura Bennett! We will be making a complaint to the Law Society.
Phoned them up to act on my behalf to sell my house , they did everything they could not too help me , very frustrating to deal with , they almost didn't want to help , in the end I said this is obviously too much trouble I'll go elsewhere
I received excellent service from Alexandra and Georgia at Newbold - they did a fantastic job of guiding me through the process as a first time buyer and succeeded in getting the deal over the line despite the challenging deadline imposed by the vendor. My wife and I recently done a small remortgage through Lloyds and Newbold and Co were on their list of solicitors to use for the task. Although we live in Essex and Newbold based in Wales the distance at no time caused any problems or delays.Within just a couple of days of attending our local Lloyds brance we had received contact from Newbold who sent all the required paperwork and the ball was rolling as such within less than a week. Whenever I had any questions or concerns I managed to contact Newbold and always received an answer and promply so. We found speaking with staff easy and always helpful getting an answer to any advice required immediately. If needs be we were informed we would be called back and this promise was always kept.All correspondence was done either by post or phone but whatever it was always done with ease and professionalism.Should we ever have need of a solicitor in this line of work again there would be no hesitation to use Newbold again and would recommend them without a second thought going by our own experience.
