I cant find the words to express how impressed we were by Richard, he clearly cares deeply about the animals he works with and as a doctor myself I feel I could learn a great deal from him in how he communicates with the owners. He was professional, friendly, extremely knowledgeable and made us feel that our dog was the centre of his world. The accolades that he received are clearly well deserved and in keeping with the experience we had when our dog was unwell. We will be moving away from Cardiff to Margam soon but still intend to commute back to the vale veterinary centre for our dogs needs as the service is exceptional.
Richard Williams is an amazing Vet. His dedication and expertise in the manner he treated our dog Murray on Saturday 25th August was outstanding. We would like to thank the team at Vale Vets for all they did and the way they cared for Murray. A great team with a fantastic leader who deserve the highest praise for all they do for our pets. Emergency service was a lifesaver (literally). Out of hours, caring support, always contactable and really affordable. Great vets.
First time at Vale and was treated by Richard...very kind and honest...talked me through everything...and made sure i was aware of costs at every step...my dog was quite poorly and i kept ringing through the day and was not made to feel a nuisance... i cannot fault this practice and would recommend 100%
