Been with this surgery for over 20 years, spoke with Dr Anna this week who was remarkably polite and extremely helpful and caring, she explained everything thorougly, and insisted if my symptoms worsen to contact them immediately this is whom I give the 5 star rating.However my first line of contact was the receptionist named Simone, very unhelpful rude and snappy. She made me feel like I was an inconvenience. She has the wrong attitude dealing with patients who are clearly sick hence why they are calling the surgery. Maybe simmone you would be better suited in a receptionist job that doesn't require patience and care.
Can be a long wait, but that is to be expected these days. Great practice, very modern and air conditioned. Staff are helpful and nurses and GP staff are great.
An awful surgery, the DWP requested a letter from them and this surgery ignored them, I've paid for the surgery to write a letter containing the info requested. Apparently this surgery is different from every other surgery and just won't provide information about me. When they finally decide to do this letter they provide incorrect info.Practice manager and also an operations manager and maybe an assistant manager fail to call back when they say they will. Receptionist has a chip on her shoulder and doesn't even listen to you on the phone without giving attitude. Complaint in the process to the ombudsman.
I have been with the practice for over 20 years and staff are no longer friendly or engaging from staff to doctors. Getting an appointment is like pulling teeth! I was told today I would have to wait almost 6 weeks for an appointment! Ridiculous!
The reception staff are all very nice. I haven't had a problem with any of the Drs. Getting appointments isn't too bad but we all know the NHS is stretched and there's not always appmts when we want them. I've been with this practice 20 + yrs.
