Very difficult to get appointment on phone. Any suggestions for improvement ??
The system is an absolute joke at this surgery. Its almost impossible to get an appointment when you work full time. Ring on the day but takes up to an hour to get through, to then be told they actually do walk ins from 8am......after nearly 2 years of battling to get appointments....... The receptionists are most unhelpful. I will be looking to change to a more effective GP surgery.
Having not long moved and only been there twice, I have found no fault with the building or the staff, it's the system that is the problem. This seems to be the case with most doctors surgeries these days
Good doctors hard to get appointments and the spiel on the phone while waiting takes over a minute. Tip is press 6 and u do not have to listen
Reception are lovely but so far I've seen four different doctors and only one of them was helpful,polite and kind to me the others were so rude to me and wouldn't give me answers or effiently help.
