I've been a patient of the practice for 18 months or so now. As a diabetic I'm fairly regular and get to see them during both the quiet and busy times. Admittedly it can sometimes be difficult to get through for an appointment but this is the case pretty much wherever you go. The professional opinion of Dr Coleman has always for me been spot on as with Dr Baig. Urgent prescriptions have always been on time and sometimes quicker.And despite the considerable workload, the receptionists and other patient-facing staff have always been 100% .One of the better aspects of moving to Barry from Milton Keynes.
Got to be one of the worst surgeries ever. Phone the moment they are open I get put on hold. I get hung up on after 8 attempts of ringing and being hung up on I finally speak to a receptionist who tells me ALL appointments are gone.
